HOW TO PLACE YOUR ORDER
1. Choose the case type based on your phone model.
2. Select the number of people in your photo.
3. Select your background colour from our colour swatch.
4. Choose whether you would like to add personalised text to your design.
5. Upload your photo by clicking "choose file". Please ensure your photo is good quality (around 1MB), we would advise selecting a clear image that is not overly complex with clear framing and composition. This is so we can create the best possible piece of artwork for you. Half body and portraits are the best for this type of illustration. Please note that full facial features are not included in this style. Refer to our Photo Guide for more information.
6. Add any additional notes for our artists if required.
7. Please tick that you understand that you will need to review your illustration within 48 hours after receiving it via email.
8. Add to cart and complete checkout!
9. Keep an eye on your email (spam folder as well) to receive a preview of your illustration!

SHIPPING
We aim to create your custom illustration within 3-5 days of your order being placed. Then delivery normally takes between 3-10 business days. This is dependent on the order destination.
However, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays in the carrier or if we have an unusually high volume of orders.
Please note that shipping times will be extended if you request any revisions to your design.

Lost Phonecase Guarantee
If the phone case is lost by the courier shipping agent, we will send you a new artwork at zero cost.
Phone Case Damage
If your illustration arrives damaged, please reach out to our customer support. We will print a new illustration for you free of charge.
Modifications & 100% Satisfaction
If you are not happy after viewing the preview of your illustration you can ask for revisions - we do unlimited modifications free of charge until you're 100% satisfied!
As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds.
