Returns / Exchanges
As all our artworks are custom made, we unfortunately can’t accept returns or offer refunds.
Damages & Issues
In the unlikely event that your print or frame is damaged, you will need to report this within one week from the received delivery. All queries should be sent to team@bornbeau.com. Please include an image of the product as well as of the package.
In case there is any issue with your delivery, please contact us within 14 days from when your order shows as delivered and we’ll do everything we can to investigate and find a solution.
Wrong Address
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame with an updated address, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Unclaimed Shipment
Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our print partner and are disposed. Should you want to be sent another print/frame, you will be liable for the costs of the new order.
Downgrading From Detailed To Classing Illustration
If you decide to change your illustration style from Detailed (full facial features) to Classic (no facial features), we will only be able to refund the difference if the illustration preview hasn’t been created yet. If we already provided you with the Detailed preview, downgrading at that stage is non-refundable.
Making a change to your order
You can make changes to it up to 6 hours after you have placed your order. Please email us at team@bornbeau.com with the changes you wish to make.
