I ordered a phone case and it was beautiful the design that was drawn up for me, read lovely reviews and thought it was pricey but maybe worth it. THEN, I was told my product got delivered to the billing address rather than the delivery address, as I’ve just moved. I contacted the new owners and they said there was no product that was delivered under my name. So I emailed bornbeau telling them that I understand accidents happen and if I could get a new one sent to the actual address, although it will be late for my partners birthday and I got IGNORED and still being ignored, I have emailed for updates everyday for a week and have asked so many questions and I am kept in the dark, I just wanted another one sent out and I haven’t received any refund or any communication with the company! Now the personalized gift I wanted for his birthday is ruined and I’m £40 down for a phone case. I have no other option to report to trading standards as it is a breach under the consumer rights act 2015

Terrific quality & ordering more horse gifts!

I ordered a picture for my wife, for our paper anniversary (1 year married) and I couldn’t be happier! Not only is it sentimental, it checks the ‘paper’ box nicely!
The picture is so detailed and it really captures everything that I wanted it to!
The quality of the picture is top notch and looks as great as I hoped. I can’t recall anywhere that lets you review the picture before it’s sent! What more can one ask for?
It’s always risky to order such a personal picture, I had been following the instagram page for a long time, I bit the bullet and am very happy.
There is the slightest bend/ crease but that was taken at my own risk for not ordering a frame, (I didn’t order a frame as I wanted it to match what I already had, so be warned! ) (It also can’t be seen when in a frame)
Needless to say my wife loves it and anyone that see’s it loves it too, a few people have asked me where I got it from and will now order their own!

I love how it turned out! We have it displayed in our living room.
